CARMEL UNITED SOCCER CLUB
Our Inhouse program is a recreational program open to players of all skill levels and experience. We are currently accepting players born in the years 2004 through 2014 (see USSF Age Group Requirements section below). All age groups with the exception of U-4 practice once per week on either Tuesday or Wednesday evening for an hour. Practices are led by professional youth development trainers from the NY Red Bulls training organization. Games are held on Saturday afternoons at George Fischer Middle School.
Carmel United follows US Soccer Federation's birth year requirements for age groups and team formation. These are the standard age groups across the United States and will correspond with travel age groups. Following the same age groups will better prepare players for travel and make it easier for travel coaches to determine which players are eligible for their teams.
The number of teams formed for each age group will be based on the number of players registered, field availability, and the number of adult volunteers. No teams will be formed without adult volunteers.
Requests for a player's team placement will be honored only in cases of special need that can be verified. Board Members, Coaches and Assistant Coaches fall into this category. Coaches and assistants will automatically have their children on their teams.
After teams have been formed, no new players will be added to existing teams without the expressed approval of the Inhouse Director. If there is no room on existing teams, the new applicants will be placed on a wait list until new teams are formed and coaches are recruited.
Use our online registration system (Sports Illlustrated Play) to create an account and register your player(s) with the Club. You can access the system by clicking on the blue "Register Now" button above. Besides registering, you can also check your child's team assignment, add contact information, etc. from within our online registration system. If you forgot your password, you can request a new one from the login screen.
We will email updates and announcements to the email address used in our registration system. Please make sure the email address included is for a parent/guardian. We do not email players directly.
